Directed by Mara Kimowitz, creator and CEO of StretchSource®, the StretchSource Certification is a rigorous and comprehensive training program in the StretchSource® System of Assisted Stretching. The program crafts advanced stretch coaches with expert skills – coaches with the ability to evaluate issues and implement a stretch program to improve them. Graduates can choose to incorporate the StretchSource® System as an add-on to services, use the system as a stand-alone service, apply for employment at the StretchSource® studio or chose to open a stretch studio independently. Full certification includes a written and practical exam included in course fee.

Dive into the mastery of the technique through guided hands-on work as well as the knowledge to address biomechanics and postural issues.

Students have the chose to receive an award of attendance for continuing education credits or advance to full certification by passing a 2-hour practical exam.

A popular weekend course taught by Mara Kimowitz. Learn how to design a safe and creative stretch program for pregnant clients. Study the anatomical and physiological changes pregnant women experience and how these affect posture, flexibility, joint health, and other pregnancy issues. Utilizing the StretchSource® repertoire, create effective stretch protocols to support clients during pregnancy and prepare them for labor and delivery. Format:
